Steps You’ll Take

  • Stop Your Goal

    Choose the “Stop Goal” tab from inside your goal’s dashboard.

  • Know Your Options

    When you redeem a goal, you have four great choices: 1) Put all or a portion of your goal on a SmartyPig Cash Rewards Card and earn 1% cash back on every purchase where MasterCard is accepted; 2) Put your money on a Retailer Gift Card and earn up to 11% cash back; 3) Send your money back to the original funding source; or 4) Any combination of these options. The choice is yours!

  • Redeem Your Savings

    You have 4 great options when you redeem your savings: 1) Put all or a portion of your goal on a SmartyPig Cash Rewards Card; 2) Put your money on a Retailer Gift Card; 3) Send your money back to the original funding source; or 4) Any combination of these options. The choice is yours!

  • See Your SmartyPig “Smart Savings” Amount

    All of that interest and those huge cash back savings add up. Check your savings balance to see just how much you’ve earned by saving with SmartyPig!

  • Confirm Your Choices

    Once you’ve made all of your goal redemption choices and can confirm that everything looks good, click “Submit” to authorize the transaction.
